GOODS FROM THE WOODS!

Looking for a Unique idea for storing firewood?

Cyril Delaney

Cyril Delany had a large Maple tree in his front yard on a busy main street. The yard was small but had no hazards. As you can see, our 60' boom truck had all it could do to reach the top. The front yard was very small and the only place for a landing zone.

LIMBING

Starting with lower branches, the limbs are removed

CAREFUL

Landing zones are setup to avoid hitting objects such as the house, gutters, flower pots and other objects that could not be removed from the immediate area.

BUCKET

Using the bucket allows us to work around the tree and safely remove the limbs.

"CHUNKS"

Some limbs need to be "CHUNKED" or cut into smaller parts to remove them into a safer manner.

TOPPED

Once the limbs are removed, the top can be removed.

REST OF THE TOP

The rest of the top is now removed.

LAST COUPLE

Last couple of the top branches are removed.
