GOODS FROM THE WOODS!

Looking for a Unique idea for storing firewood?

BRUSH GRAPPLE and BRUSH HAULING

The unique forks used on the MultiTrac are basically a fork as used on a regular fork lift combined with a hydraulic beak. Using these forks it becomes a simple task to slip the forks under a pile of brush and clap it down with the beak. With the lifting power of the MultiTrac the forks can also be used to lift wood and logs.  This is what gives our company it's signature uniqueness. We haul all our brush and wood from the yard to the street and place it into our trailer to haul it to the brush dump. Most companies drag it to the street and then load it with a $50,000 clam truck to haul it to the brush dump. Using our MultiTrac we are able to remove trees with less people and less effort.

Because of the uniqueness of the MultiTrac's lawn friendliness several of the local brush companies hire us from time to time to move brush from  a job site to a loading zone for their claim truck. Usually because it involves moving a large amount of brush or wood over immaculate lawn or hard to access areas down hills. Our trailer can hold all the brush and wood for a medium sized tree which is deceiving when looking at the size of it. Typically when hired to haul brush for a tree service the brush is already cut and stacked when I arrive in piles waste high with all branches in the same direction. It take about a half hour to an hour to load the entire trailer depending on the terrain of the job site. As you can see from the pictures below we pile brush high above the trailer but then using ratchet straps, pull it all down tight.

Grapple

The grapple combined with the forks allows the MultiTrac to pickup objects as wells as piles of loose "stuff" such as sticks or leaves. The grapple is most useful to secure logs in place when lifting them with the forks.

Reach

The forks extend to reach a height that allow it to load a standard dump truck.

Tip Weight

Tip weight is rated at 1100 lbs.

Brush

The MultiTrac is most useful to us to move brush from the job site to the street. We haul all our brush to our wood lot for chipping. We chip only a couple days a week.

Full Trailer

Our large trailer can hold a good sized tree.

Planning a Load

Keeping the branchess layed in the same direction the load can be optimized to get the most brush and wood in each load.

Another Worker

Our MultiTrac provides the work of at least one other person on each job. We only use two people per job to take down and can take a large tree down and haul it in a day. The MultiTrac also eliminates a lot of the heavy lifting and pulling as we use it to pull over the final stalk.
