SNOW BLOWING

Our winter services includes snow blowing and shoveling of residential driveways and sidewalks. Our multiTrac has a snow blower attachment and a brush which we use to remove snow from driveways, sideways or any area you desire.

During the winter months we offer a limited number of snow blowing accounts to customers. We keep or account numbers low in order to provide the best and fastest possible service to our account customers. (photos)

We offer three types of accounts for customers to choose from:

  • Contracted
  • Per-time
  • Call-in

CONTRACTED
  HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our contracted accounts are our highest priority accounts and our lowest rates. When there is a snowfall that reaches a set depth (trigger) or more we will immediately start removing snow from these accounts first. We will also periodically remove snow from these accounts during major storms with anticipated large accumulations of snow or that will last for more than 12 hours and be charged a PER TIME reduced rate.

COST

Contracted snow blowing is like its name implies, contracted. You sign a contract to pay a minimum price each month (usually 2 snow removals) during the core winter months (December through February) regardless of the number times we blow snow or amount of snowfall. Snow removals over the minimum will be charged at a PER TIME (reduced) rate. Contracted guarentees that you are at the top of the removal list and that you have a reduced rate during the months when there could be the volume of snow removals. Of course it is like insurance, if there are no snow removals, there is still a premium to pay.

During the months of October, November, March, April contract accounts will be charged on a as needed or per time basis at the reduced ate agreed to in the contract.

Price of each contract is set based on the amount of area to be cleared and difficulty to clear it.

PER-TIME
  HOW DOES IT WORK?

This is also a contracted account with couple of exceptions.

  • second priority: these accounts are not cleared until all the contracted accounts are cleared.
  • these accounts will have periodical clearing during major snow storms and be charged the PER TIME RATE

"Per-Time" accounts are our second priority accounts and are not cleared until all Contracted accounts are cleared. When there is a snowfall that reaches a set depth (trigger)  or more we will immediately start removing snow from Contracted accounts first and then proceed to remove snow from the "Per Time" accounts.  Periodical remove of snow from these accounts during major storms with anticipated large accumulations of snow or that will last for more than 12 hours will only be done when needed and charged the PER TIME rate.

COST

Per-Time snow blowing requires a contract to pay a set price each time service is rendered. Typically contracts state the months of October through April.

Price of each contract is set based on the amount of area to be cleared and difficulty to clear it.

CALL-IN
  HOW DOES IT WORK?

This is also a contracted account with couple of exceptions.

  • third priority: these accounts are not cleared until all the contracted and "per- time" accounts are cleared.
  • these accounts will not have periodical clearing during major snow storms unless the account calls to request it

"Call-In" accounts are our third priority accounts and are not cleared until all Contracted  and "Per-Time" accounts are cleared. When there is a snowfall that reaches a set depth (trigger)  or more we will immediately start removing snow from Contracted accounts first and then proceed to remove snow from the "Per Time" accounts and then remove snow from those "Call-In" accounts that have called for service.  Periodical remove of snow from these accounts during major storms with anticipated large accumulations of snow or that will last for more than 12 hours will only be done upon request of the account.

COST

"Call-In" snow blowing requires a contract to pay a set price each time service is rendered. Typically contracts state the months of October through April.

Price of each contract is set based on the amount of area to be cleared and difficulty to clear it.
