GOODS FROM THE WOODS!

Looking for a Unique idea for storing firewood?

SURJ

Surj was our Guest Arborist in August. He jumped at the chance to use our chainsaw to cut the last branch off his crab apple tree, while still wearing his scrubs. His comment after cutting the limbs was "wow, I gotta get one of these". So maybe Surg will be helping us on weekends from now on... you never know! or check your operating room the next time you have surgery!

The job was to remove a crab apple tree and stump but we expanded it to include trimming the other trees in the front of the house. As you can see in the the before and after pictures there has been a lot of trimming done.

Surj was one of those customers you enjoy having and doing work for.

PANORAMA BEFORE

Again our thanis to Surj who enthusiastically took our camera and loaded pictures of his house before the trees were taken out. Due to mechanical problems, the job was started before we could get the pictures ourselves.

SURJ

Having just tasted his first saw dust, Surj is smiling ear to ear about the job he has done. Notice the large red badge on the tree behind him. Looks as if Surj has inflected a large hematoma to the tree!

LOOK MOM - NO LIMBS

With Surj's help we have the lims removed (amputated) and now ready to "fell" the main trunk before starting to remove the stump.

CLEAN UP

Before doing the stump it is a good time to remove the brush and wood from the work site.

TRIMMING TREES

Trees on along the driveway were also trimmed

CANOPY RAISED

Low hanging branches are removed to raise the canopy around the lawn and driveway.

PANORAMA AFTER

Thanks to Surj for providing these pictures! This shows the work site after the job has been completed. Compare this to the before picture above.

SIDE VIEW - Before

Veiw from the far side of the driveway looking through the tree that was trimmed.

SIDE VIEW - After

Side view of the job sight after the job was completed.

CLOCK

Clock made from the wood in Surj's tree. The wood came from the crotch area where all the main branchs attched to the trunk.
